All information, designs, drawings and other specifications provided on the Website are the exclusive property of Sildermireland.ie Any copying, transmission or re-transmission of the same requires the prior written approval of Sildermireland.ie – sales@sildermireland.ie.
PRICING:
We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier’s prices, or any new taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission, the price for the products on the website is wrong. We try to ensure all prices on the website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover the error in the price of products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as a cancelled order and you will receive a full refund.
Voucher codes are only valid on specific products while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time. Voucher codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders. Voucher code does not apply to delivery charges. Only one voucher code can be used at any one time and cannot be used in combination of other voucher codes. Voucher codes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit. To apply a voucher code, you must enter it prior to completing the order.
Even if a code is accepted at check out, all orders are reviewed by Sildermireland.ie prior to fulfilment. If orders are deemed in violation of any of these Terms and Conditions, they will be adjusted accordingly.
BUYING ONLINE / DELIVERY
We will endeavour to deliver the Products to you within the time specified in our terms set out under our Delivery Policy. However, products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control, for which we will not be responsible, for example, inclement weather, postal strikes or anything beyond our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only.
We will not be responsible for any losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those Products. At the time of delivery, you will be required to validly sign-off on the delivery of the Products, after which time the Products become your sole responsibility.
If you find that your order has only been partially delivered, this may be because other items are being despatched from a different location or we were out of stock on part of your order. If we are out of stock, we will contact you with an expected delivery date or offer a full refund. If your order is obviously incomplete, please email sales@sildermireland.ie
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to cancel your order for up to 14 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period). To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by an unequivocal statement by using the form below. Please use the same details that were used when placing your order such as name, email address and date of placing your order. You can contact us on sales@sildermireland.ie if you wish to cancel your order. Our Returns Policy provides full details on returning your items to Sildermireland.ie
Your order cannot be changed or amended once it has been submitted. Changing or amending an order is only possible by cancelling the order and submitting a new order. Please contact us on sales@sildermireland.ie if you wish to cancel your order.
If the order has been dispatched, you can return the product to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). Any breakages or damages must be reported within 24 hours of purchase/delivery.
Orders placed using a Stripe or Paypal account as the payment method will be processed upon submission, and funds may be transferred from your account immediately. This does not signify our acceptance of your order.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS
We reserve the right to change the terms of use or policies regarding the use of the Website (including, in particular, those relating to price or availability) at any time and to notify you by posting an updated version of the terms of use on the Website.
CORRESPONDENCE
Sildermireland.ie will contact you via email confirming the status of your order with us. Sildermireland.ie may also contact you via SMS in relation to your order should it be required.
Sildermireland.ie may contact users in relation to the nature of users attempted transactions, even if the transactions are not confirmed. These will be operational emails to enquire as to why the transactions were not completed. The data will not share with any other company.
Sildermireland.ie may contact you requesting feedback on your recent order with us. From time to time, we may contact you with information and/or marketing communications about other products and promotions.
